In 1998 Epic determined that there was a need for simulation tools that could be used on a daily basis by reservoir engineers. We have invested the last 9 years and significant internal resources to develop our software for commercial use. The goal has always been to improve efficiency and effectiveness of petroleum engineers.
Epic continues to improve our easy-to-use Windows™ based software for the reservoir engineering community. Epic’s software family now includes ResAssist™, ResBalance™, ResWorks™ and ResSurveil™.
